  • Statistical reports to be distributed to customers, using Crystal Reports software
  • Completely revamp all customer documentation including Installation, Configuration, Testing, etc.
  • Video Tutorials for customer use/training
  • Blog for customer use
  • Future Enhancements & Development List, based on customer or internal input
  • Assist with customer specifications & requirements
Sales Representative
  • Main point of sales for newest product, Relais ILL as well as other products
  • Assist in marketing decisions and attend conferences as exhibitor
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
